Sales conditions

PRICE:

All prices are in Euros. The exchange rate of the various local currency. 

 

BOOKINGS:

Your booking at gptrally.nl will be processed immediately upon arrival. If your chosen hotel has no rooms available at the time of booking, we will offer alternatives. Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation of your booking on working days.

 

PAYMENTS:

Once you finalize your booking you will need to make a pre-payment of 10% to guarantee your booking. After  making your booking you will receive a final confirmation with an overview. We will send you three invoices for this booking. All invoices need to be paid before or on the date like is written on the invoice.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

If you have to cancel rooms, then we will be forced to charge the following percentages:

Until October 2, 2017: 25% of the total cost

Until October 23, 2017: 50% of the total cost

From October 24, 2017: 100% of the total cost

 

It is our job to see to it that the cancellation fee is as low as possible. When cancellations acquire, we will try to sell the cancelled rooms to another party, or communicate with the hotel to negotiate the lowest cancellation fee possible.

 

ROOMING LISTS:

The complete rooming list will have to be in in our possession by the 1^st of December 2017. Changes made after December 1 are not guaranteed, but of course we will do our best. Extra cost may apply after the 1^st of December.

 

ACCOMMODATION:

All accommodation nights are included with breakfast. If you do not use the breakfast, you cannot reclaim the costs. Breakfast is usually from 07.00 to 10.00 hours. Check in to your hotel, is usually at 14.00-15.00 hours. If you want to use the room earlier, we will negotiate with the hotel to minimize the costs. The extra costs you make in the hotel, outside the bed and breakfast, you will need to settle on check out.
